I am a wife, mommy, teacher, sister, daughter and friend to many. I love my Lord and Savior and do my best to serve Him daily. I enjoy working out & staying fit, cooking healthy meals for my family, spending time with Merit and my husband, JP, reading, gardening, being involved in Women's Bible study at church, shopping, and spending time with my family friends. I was diagnosed with a rare form of Leukemia, Chronic Mylogenous Leukemia in October 2010. I am currently taking an oral chemotherapy drug, Gleevec. I have responded very well to the drug and my doctor expects me to reach remission soon!
