Name Decision Finally Made!

What a great feeling! We finally decided on Baby Boy McLain's name. The first and middle names are both names we really like. I didn't want to pick something and JP not be happy with it. He felt the same way. I told him my new idea for a middle name last night and he absolutely loved it. I was excited! He gave me a high five and said, "We've got a name!" His initials will be MCM! The name will be revealed the day he is born. It will be top secret until then!

Baby's Room!

My Dad and I began our work in the baby's room yesterday. We went to Home Depot and bought all of the supplies. We didn't get started until late afternoon due to my Dad having meetings that morning. I still can't believe we finished the chair railing in one afternoon! I took all of the measurements before we went to Home Depot. He cut the molding pieces with an electric saw and then nailed them in place. I went behind him and did all of the caulking. It really turned out great! Our next project is painting the walls. We are scheduled to begin that this weekend! Thanks to my Dad for all of his hard work yesterday! I love you Dad.

June Baby Shower!

My friends; Debbie, Sarah, Amy and Debbie's mom, Pat, hosted a shower for me this past weekend. It was a fabulous shower! The decor was beautiful and the food was fantastic! The girls put so much thought into every detail. We played fun games and made great memories. It was definitely a day I will not forget. Thank you to all of my friends who came to my shower!
