We decided it would be fun to take Merit to his first Rough Riders baseball game while Papa 'D' was visiting us. The weather didn't appear as if it was going to cooperate but it didn't rain and it was much cooler than it has been. Merit definitely had fun but the game didn't hold his attention the entire evening. He was more interested in the entertainment, like the dancers, the games played and the food. :) He had his first taste of cotton candy, which he absolutely devoured! I had to stop him because I was afraid he'd make himself sick. It was a fun evening!
Daddy and Papa 'D' tried to really explain what the players were doing and why. Merit was very focused. What a smart boy.
