This
recipe was shared with me from my sis. It is delicious! I usually serve it over
brown rice or barley.

bag of frozen chicken tenderloins
1
jar of apricot preserves
1
package dry onion soup mix
1
fresh onion sliced
Thaw the chicken. Mix
all ingredients in the crock pot and then add the chicken. Cook this on low for
6-8 hours or until chicken is done. Yum! Serves
approximately 8, or a family of 4 twice.
