When the weather is nice, Merit and I love to go on long power walks through our neighborhood when I get home from work. I get in the cardio part of my workout and Merit has a great time cruising in the stroller. We look for squirrels, rabbits, birds and dogs while we are walking. We also take breaks to admire the beautiful wild flowers. We talk about the color of each type of flower and Merit likes to smell them too.
