My mom took the day off on Thursday so she could spend a little more time with Alicia and Luke before they headed back to Houston. Merit and I began the day by making homemade chocolate popsicles. Thank you Alicia for the neat popsicle molds! Merit had much fun doing this. Mimi came over and ate breakfast with us. I made yummy homemade zucchini bread and scrambled eggs. Mimi enjoyed some playtime with the boys in the morning. Later that day, we took flowers and a card to cousin Jenny. We then made a trip to Barnes & Noble for a little reading, playtime with the train table and the LEGOs. It was truly a great day!
Merit shared his Snuggies with baby Luke.
Merit also showed Luke some of his favorite books; Clifford of course.
