We started our day with a early morning walk and we enjoyed seeing the beautiful wild flowers too. Merit and I like to talk about all of the different colors of flowers we see.
After our walk, Ashleigh, Debbie and baby Madelyn arrived. We were so happy to see them! Merit and Ashleigh hunted for eggs inside, because it was too wet and muddy in the backyard. They both found lots of eggs with goodies inside. After our egg hunt, we made cute paper plate bunnies. Pictures and instructions below! We enjoyed a delicious lunch together too. What a fun way to start our week!
Say, "cheese" Merit. :)
Materials needed: one small paper plate cut in half and one larger paper plate, a pink crayon, black felt for the eyes and pink felt for the nose. You don't have to use felt. You could use googly eyes or just draw them on with markers. I used a stapler to attach the ears to the top of the bunny's head.
Look how cute these bunnies are! Merit and Ashleigh are super cute too!
