Merit and I met Daddy, Papa 'D' and Pimpa at Texas Motor Speedway early Saturday morning. Merit had never seen the speedway in person so this was an exciting day for all of us!

He was in complete awe of the speedway and the race cars!
We were lucky and got to see and hear the race car drivers practicing that morning.
One of the corvette owners brought some really neat Hot Wheels race tracks so the kiddos could have a little fun too!
He thought it was really great when the corvette owners had model corvettes beside their cars.
This little guy was exhausted from our fun day. He fell asleep within minutes of being in the car.
