I asked Merit to look at Mommy and smile and this is what I got. :)
The 4th of July was a great day for us! We slept in and then all of the family came over for a cookout at noon. Later that afternoon we went to the Air Force Academy for their July 4th Celebration. They had bounce houses, a car show and food galore. Merit had never been in a bounce house before and once he got in we couldn't get him out! He had a blast! Unfortunately, we didn't stay for the fireworks show. The show wasn't going to start until 9:30 and Merit was getting tired. We went back to Aunt Joni's house and watched the fireworks from her front yard. Merit was completely uninterested and fell asleep on my shoulder. He was one tired little boy!
