Poor Merit, his first steps in the snow and he immediately does a face plant. We did not have him dressed to actually play in the snow and he was not happy about falling. I guess you can tell from the picture!

We finally got a real snow day! We have been iced in since Tuesday and ice is not much fun. You really can't play in ice unless you are playing ice hockey. So, I was really hoping for a good snow and it happened! We were very surprised when we woke up this morning and looked out the window. JP was dressed for work when his company called and told him not to come in. We had a great day of playing with Merit and just hanging out as a family. Thank you God for the beautiful snow! What a blessing and a reminder of your awesome creations!
