I used a shamrock pattern I'd make earlier to make this super cute crepe paper shamrock. I used green construction paper for the base. I then cut squares of crepe paper, twisted them around the bottom of a pencil and hot glued them on the shamrock base. I had a frame I wasn't using because the glass cracked and I thought this little shamrock would look perfect displayed this way. I mounted it on white card stock then attached it to the frame. It looks really good under my sweet Merit's shamrock sponge paint art.
